Naked, the delinquent is raised at the stake and soon you can hear the whips hiss and the scream of fear, the lament and whine of the martyred. And who are the judges that actually impose these penalties? The penalty happens at the quirk and arbitrariness of the possessor - not because they have done something wrong, but because it is unlikely for them to pay a certain sum to me, for which they could buy their freedom.
